  • 1.00 cup telagapindi
  • 0.50 cup dryprawns
  • 1.00 tbsp chanadal
  • 1.00 tbsp redchillypowder
  • 1.00 tbsp termericpowder
  • 1.00 tbsp musteredseeds
  • 2.00 tbsp redchillies
  • 2.00 tbsp onions
  • 2.00 tbsp oil
  • 5.00 nos curryleaves
  • 1.00 tbsp gera

Instructions

  • first of all switch on the stove and place the pan on the stove and add the water and boil well and then add the onions and cook them

  • now after boiling the onion pieces in the water add the garlics and mix well once and then cook them for 5 minutes and add the salt for taste

  • now add the one tbsp of termeric powder and 1 tbsp of red chilly powder and cook that for 5 minutes

  • now take the telagapindi and clean well if there are any stones are there in that then take one cup of telagapindi

  • now cook that mixture untill it comes to the closer and then all water will evoparated and then becomes dry.

  • now take the dry prawns and clean them by removing the heads and tails and then add the hot water and clean once

  • now take another pan and add the 3 tbsp of oil and fry the dryprawns untill they fry like a golden color
