This is a tandoori style chicken prepared using chicken leg pieces. The chicken is tawa grilled and is very crispy and crunchy and is served with a Lebanese salad. It is a full dish in itself and can be consumed with Lebanese rice

For Tandoori Chicken Preparation

Take the chicken leg pieces and wash them very well and clean them thoroughly as it is shown in the image

For preparing the sald, cgop some lettuce leaves , an onion and the capsicum into small pieces as shown in the image.
