STEP : 1
Take some tarka dal and keep aside. then take tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, kashuri methi all those things bring together and keep aside.

Take a big bowl then add some tarka dal in it and then add some chana dal in it and keep aside.

STEP : 3
Then wash the two type of lintel and sock with some water for at list six hours and keep aside for boiling.

chop the onion and keep aside, chop the tomatoes, paste the ginger and garlic together and keep aside, chop the green chili and author things bring together and keep aside.

take a preacher cooker and add some water in it then add the soaked chana dal and tarka dal into the water and boil together.

hot a pan then when the pan is become hot add some oil in it and hot it again for another one minute in high flame.

hot the oil then add the chopped onion and cook them for two minutes in high flame on the induction cook top.

then add some tomato pieces into the cooked chopped onion and cook them for another two minutes in high flame .

then add some ginger garlic paste into the chopped onion and tomato paste and cook them for another two minutes in high flame

Then add the boiled lintel in to the masala and cook them for another five minutes in high temperature on induction cook top

Then add the chopped green chilies in to the cooked tarka and cook then for another two minutes in high temperature.

Then add some kashuri methi into the cooked tarka and add some salt and some sugar in it and cook them for another two minutes in high temperature

serve this recipe in the serving bowl for eating. serve this recipe with hot roti hot paratha with some green chilies.
