A Punjabi aromatic recipe cooked with two type of gram. This recipe loves not only the Panjabis but also all over Indians. It is a favorite with all member of the family. Serve this classic special in roadside dhabas with hot roti for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients of Tarka dal

2.00 cup green gram
1.00 cup chana dal
2.00 no onion
2.00 no tomato
1.00 no ginger
1.00 no garlic
2.00 no green chili
2.00 tbsp kashurimethi
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp oil

Take some tarka dal and keep aside. then take tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, kashuri methi all those things bring together and keep aside.
