Coconut Tapioca pudding with smoked sesame seeds , is one of the sweet dish , and hier we are using coconut milk to make this recipe so it is too tasty and it is healthiest also , we can prepare this in time .

Ingredients of Tapioca pudding

1.00 cup Tapioca
1.00 cup Badam Milk
1.00 cup Coconut Milk
1.00 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1.00 tbsp Vanila
1.00 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp cornflour
2.00 tbsp Water
1.00 tbsp Sugar

Tapioca pudding

For making this dish we have to take one cup of Tapioca as i shown in the below image .

Now take a 1/2 cup of water and wash the tapioca as in the below image .

Now take a one cup of Badam Milk as in the below image , you can also prepare this in home also .

After washing the tapioca , Add the tapioca to the badam milk as in the below image .

After adding the Tapioca in the badam milk , socked this over night .

Now take a one coconut for making the coconut milk , as in the below image .

Now grate the coconut as in the below image , it will helps to make the coconut milk .

Now take a one jar in this add grated coconut , then add 1/2 glass of water .  And grind as a fully paste .

After socking the tapioca over night in the badam milk looks as in the below image , in morning .

Now take a one pan make it heat in a low medium flame .

Firstly add 1 - 1/4 cup of Badam milk to the pan as in the below image .

After adding the badam milk cook for 10 minutes in a low medium flame .

Now add 1 Cup of coconut milk as we prepared in the below image .

Now add 1 table spun of vinegar to the pan for a flavor .

Now add 1/2 table spun of salt to the pan , it gives good taste to the dish .

Take a one bowel in this add 2 table spun of water and add 1/2 table spun of corn flour and make a creamy paste .

Lastly add 1 table spun of sugar to the pan , or else add brown sugar to the pan .

Now take a one bowel , and put the dish to the bowel as in the below image .

This is a very nice and unique recipe I have seen here for the normal sabudana Kheer it's been made so nicely in such a different way adding of coconut milk that too freshly extracted and badam milk, it is looking yummy in itself to collect all the these ingredients in one dish and that too sabudana is considered to be the most healthy and nutritious for the body and I will definitely like to try it during my Navratri fastings as it is looking so delicious and yummy and healthy all nutrient-rich components are there and this is a Perfect Combination of power packed and strengthening nutrients in one dish. thank you so much for such awesome recipe!!
