STEP : 1
Take some fish, some reddish, some green chili, some kalonji, some cumin seeds powder and some ginger all those things bring together and keep aside.

take a grinder then add some ginger and some cumin seeds powder in it and add some green chili in it and then paste it smoothly and keep aside.

take the reddish and pill it and cut it properly and put it on a plate and wash it properly and keep aside with another ingredient for cooking.

Take a bowl then add the fish pieces in it and wash it properly and add some salt and turmeric powder in it and mix those and keep aside for marination.

Then add the marinated fish pieces into the hot oil and fry them for four minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some cumin seeds into the hot oil and fry them for few seconds on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the reddish pieces into the hot oil and fry them for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the green chilies into the cooked reddish and masala and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
