Ingredients of Tangra macher jhol

0.50 kg tengra fish
2.00 no redish
0.25 tbsp kalonji
1.00 tbsp cumin seeds powder
1.00 no ginger cube
4.00 no green chilli
3.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Take some fish, some reddish, some green chili, some kalonji, some cumin seeds powder and some ginger all those things bring together and keep aside.

I tried many of your recipes.. gonna bored and wanted to cook something today. browsing here and end up with your recipe.. luckily few fishes are left in the freezer so I'm decided to make Machar jhol for lunch.
