This is a grilled fish recipe which is a combination of Indian and Continental taste. The Beckti fillet have to be marinated for long hours before they can be butter tossed and then dry roasted in the gas and served with salad and Mayonnaise topping.

Ingredients of Tandoori fish

6.00 no Beckti Fish Fillet
0.50 tbsp Ginger Paste
1.00 tbsp Garlic Paste
1.00 no Chili
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Tandoori Masala
1.00 tbsp Butter
1.00 tbsp Vinegar
1.00 no Onion
0.50 no Tomato
1.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
2.00 tbsp Mayonnaise

Wash the beckti fillet pieces and cut them into long rectangular pieces which are thin slices and as shown in the picture.
