Ingredients of Tandoori fish
STEP : 1
Wash the beckti fillet pieces and cut them into long rectangular pieces which are thin slices and as shown in the picture.

Add a spoon full of vinegar, salt, ginger paste and garlic paste and chopped green chili to the fish pieces.

Mix all the ingredients very well and keep the fish marinated and covered in a refrigerator for 3-4 hours so that the masala penetrates well inside.

Add the tandoori masala to the marinated fish pieces and mix it well and set aside the pieces for another 20 minutes.

Heat butter in a tawa and add the marinated fish pieces to the tawa and fry them well till the water from the fish is drained off.

Once one side is cooked turn the fish on to the other side and cook it well till both the sides are slightly burnt in the butter.

Once the fish pieces are well cooked and burnt add the coriander garnishing and chop the onion and tomato and the dish is ready to be served with the mayonnaise topping.
