This is a famous Arabic dish using chicken , we can make this easily at home with the same taste of restaurants , this is very tasty and easy to make . We need little charcoal to get the taste of smoked rice.

Ingredients of Tandoori chicken with rice

3.00 cup Basmati rice
2.00 kg chicken
0.25 cup ginger
0.25 cup garlic
1.00 cup tomato chopped
0.50 cup tomato paste
0.25 gram butter
2.00 tbsp garam masala
1.00 cup carrot
1.00 cup Olive oil
1.00 cup onion
0.25 tbsp cardamom
0.25 tbsp cloves
0.25 tbsp cinnamon
0.25 tbsp cumin seeds
2.00 tbsp chicken stalk cubes
6.00 cup water
2.00 gram charcoal
0.25 cup green chilly

Tandoori chicken with rice

At the first step clean the chicken and cut it to two equal halves ,no need to remove the skin.

then clean the rice and keep it aside , then heat a pan or kadai that have space to cook rice and chicken . pour some oil to it and then put the ground spices to it.

Saute it well and then add the sliced onion to it stir well and let it brawn, mean while grind two tomatoes using a mixer.

then pour this tomato mix to pan, and add ginger garlic paste , sliced tomato and one tablespoon of garam masala to it , mix it well.

saute it well and then let it cook for two to three minutes ,then add the cleaned chicken to it.

close the pan for five minutes and when its done take out the chicken pieces and pour the washed rice and remaining water to it.

add salt to the rice, then close the pan for the rice to get cooked, mean while take butter in a bowl and melt it then add remaining garam masala to it and mix.

then spread these butter and garam masala mix to the chicken pieces and keep this to grill for ten minutes, if you don't have grill ,fry it using little oil.

When the chicken pieces are grilled or fried well take it out and keep it aside, mean while check the rice.
