Tamarind Rasam

  • 2.00 tbsp Tamarind
  • 1.00 cup Water
  • 1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Redchilly Powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Dhaniyapowder
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt for taste
  • 1.00 Tbsp Jaggery
  • 5.00 nos Curry leaves
  • 1.00 tbsp Menthulu
  • 1.00 tbsp Mustered Seeds
  • 1.00 tbsp Gera
  • 1.00 tbsp Onions
  • 1.00 tbsp Red chillies
  • 1.00 tbsp Garlics
  • 5.00 nos Corriander

Instructions
 

Tamarind Rasam

  • first of all take the bowl and add the tamerind in the bowl and then add the one cup of the water

  • now take the termeric powder and add one tbsp of powder and then add the one tbsp of red chilly powde

  • now take the salt and add the sufficient salt for the taste as shon in the image and mix well once

  • now take the dhaniya powder and the only one tbsp of the daniya powder in the rasam and mix well and boil

  • now take the curry leaves and add them in the boiled rasam and again keep a lid over that and boil for 10 minutes

  • now take the jaggery and add the only one tbsp of jaggery or small piece of jaggery in the rasam and boil well

  • now take the pan and add the oil for the fry and preheat the oil in slow flame as sown in the image

  • now take the onions mustered seeds and menthulu ,red chilies ,garlics etc.and add all those in the oil and fry
