Ingredients of Tamarind chutney

1.00 cup Tamarind
2.00 no Fruit Nuts
1.00 tbsp Salt and Black Salt
0.50 tbsp Ginger Powder
1.00 cup Sugar
1.00 cup Jaggery
0.50 tbsp Spicy Mixer
1.00 tbsp Red Chili Powder
0.50 tbsp Cumin Powder

Tamarind chutney

Hello guys today made a sweet and spicy chutney of Tamarind , so first taken its ingredients is 1 cup of Tamarind liquid , 1 cup of sugar , 1 cup of chopped jaggery , 1/2 tbsp of salt , black salt , ginger powder , cumin powder , spicy mixer , 1 tbsp of red chili powder , and 2 chopped fruit nuts .

Hello guys today made a sweet and spicy chutney of Tamarind , so first taken its ingredients is 1 cup of Tamarind liquid , 1 cup of sugar , 1 cup of chopped jaggery , 1/2 tbsp of salt , black salt , ginger powder , cumin powder , spicy mixer , 1 tbsp of red chili powder , and 2 chopped fruit nuts .

Let's start the work so first taken a pan and on flame now put the Tamarind liquid from this pan .

Now sugar is added so add a Jaggery very small pieces and cooked for these items for 3-5 .

Now mix well for sugar and jaggery from tamarind and cooked for 2-5 minute for high gas flame properly .

Now after this work add a 1 tbsp of red chili powder and salt or black salt of 1/2 tbsp and flame speed is slow now .

Now after finally add a small chopped 2 fruit nuts from this chutney mixer for the taste is increase .

Now all ingredients are to be added so cooked for this chutney for 5-6 minute in medium flame and it is tasty or delicious chutney dish is ready for the serve now .
