We make chicken in lots of different styles but we never get bored of eating chicken what ever the we may cook. Here is one more style of cooking chicken with tender tamarind leaves which adds an additional special flavour to chicken.

Ingredients of Tamarind chicken

0.50 kg Chicken

4.00 no Coriander
10.00 no Cashew
5.00 no Curry leaves
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
0.50 tbsp Garam masala
1.00 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
4.00 tbsp Oil

The first most important thing is to take chicken in a bowl and wash it thoroughly.

i would say well done in this recipe as it is definitely a very different type of chicken. the use of tender tamarind leaves adds an additional special flavor to chicken. it give it a slight peek of sourness but bodes very well for the chicken. the chicken was really nice overall and it did not take much time to make also.
