Ingredients
Wheat Flour Preparation
- 1.00 cup Wheat flour
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Oil
Masala Preparation
- 1.00 nos Corn
- 3.00 cup Water
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Red chili powder
- 0.50 tbsp Pepper powder
- 0.50 tbsp Chaat masala
- 1.00 nos Green chili
- 0.50 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions
Corn Masala Preparation
- Rinse and peel off the outer skin of one corn to serve the plate with clean and neat.
- Heat a pan and add the three cups of water and also add the sweet corn and bring it to boil for some times till it gets cooked.
- Next add the pinch of salt maximum boiled five minutes then open the vessel half cooked the corn.
- Once it is cool, remove the corn kernels. You can do it by hand and knife will be used.
- Then take the mixi jar add the kernels minimum one cup of kernels added the jar.
- Then grind the corn few seconds and do not add the water because they put stuffed with them.
- In a large mixing bowl add one cup of grind the kernels and add ingredients chili powder and needed salt and add pepper and chaat masala.
- Then add the ingredients mix well few minutes.Then add the chopped green chilies and coriander leaves mix well without add the water.
- Mixed very well all the ingredients with fine smash. Keep it for five minutes then it is ready.
Preparation For Stuffed Paratha
- Take a bowl and add the wheat flour and add salt, oil and water mix and then knead with smooth soft dough.
- Cover and keep the dough aside for thirty minutes because the flour is very soft doughed.
- Take small portion, roll into a ball and flatten dust in flour roll out into disc.
- Now divide the refined flour dough as equal portions like paratha using roller by dust the flour.
- The place the paratha and add the mixed corn over them which was placed as centered.
- And close the another paratha take fully covered them because didn’t comes out the corn.
- Then closed the paratha fully covered and spread it like a paratha using roller them.
- Heat a dosa pan and place the paratha spread into them and boiled few minutes with medium flame.
- Then turn the paratha cook again equal boiled lightly brown and add the oil within two minutes cooked like brown color then the sweet corn gravy paratha is ready.
