This was a nice and easy recipe to be done and tasted when you desired time. There is no need to spend lots of time to prepare this dish. Always very sweet to taste.

Take a clean bowl and add 200 grams of Ragi vermicelli.

To that bowl, add half litres of water to soak the Ragi vermicelli for 2 minutes.

Now take a idly cooker, again add half litres of water to the bottom.

Now add soaked ragi vermicelli in a idly plate and keep that in a idly cooker.

Now close the lid of the idly cooker to steam that ragi vermicelli for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take a new bowl and add the steamed ragi vermicelli to that add some ingredients.

Now add half Cup of desiccated coconut to that bowl to reduce the steam.

Then add 100 grams of sugar and five pieces of elaichi. Now mix it well.

The Ragi vermicelli was mixed well.

Again steam the mixed ragi vermicelli in to the idly cooker for 10 minutes.
