Sakkara valli kizhangu we call as sweet potato , it is so healthy and we can make more recipes based on these.It is traditional south indian sweet laddoos , kids love thess laddoos a lot , it contains less time consuming to prepare.

Ingredients of Sweet potato laddu

2.00 no sweet potatoes
1.00 cup chana dal
1.00 cup Jaggery
2.00 tbsp Ghee
5.00 no cashewnuts
0.25 tbsp Coriander powder
0.25 tbsp dry ginger powder
1.00 cup Grated coconuts
0.25 cup raisins
0.50 tbsp Salt

Sweet potato laddu

The key ingredients to prepare sweet potato laddoo ,we need sweet potato,coconut,jaggery,ghee,raisins,cashewnuts,dry ginger powder,cardamom powder ,chana dal and salt.

Initially wash the two nos of sweet potatoes and then cut them into equal parts.

Turn on the flame,place a pressure cooker then add the sweet potato pieces in it.

To make jaggery syrup,place a thick pan add a tablespoon of ghee in a low flame.

Strain the prepared jaggery syrup using strainer to seperate the impurities in a seperate bowl.

After transferring the mixture in a plate,grease a ghee on a palm and take some amount of mixture.
