This is a sweet dish very typical of Bengal. It is prepared at the onset of winter when new jaggery (nalen gur) is available. It is a sweet wrap which has a rawa and maida coating dipped in nalen gur and the inside filling is made using kheer. It is served hot.

Ingredients of Sweet maida dosa

0.50 cup Sooji
1.00 cup Maida
0.25 kg NolenGur
0.50 liter Milk
2.00 tbsp Ghee
0.25 kg Kheer
