STEP : 1
Take the sweet corns seeds in a bowl of 1 cup which can be used for the preparation process of the rice.

Add water of 1/2 glass to the seeds in order for cooking process easily to boil the seeds with the water.

Add some 1/2 table spoon of salt to it and mix well with the seeds until it dissolves in it for some time.

Now take a pressure cooker pour water to it and keep this bowl containing the sweet corn seeds in the cooker.

Close the pressure cooker with a lid having a vessel and made them to cook for 5 to 10 minutes in a medium flame.

After they are cooked open the lid and pour this to the holed bowl in order to settles down all the water from it.

Now take the rice of 1 cup and clean them before boiling the rice which will be used for preparation process.

Take this to one bowl add water to it and make them boil the rice in a medium flame for 20 minutes.

Once it is ready to boil add some oil to it in order to separately come the rice of each one without touching to others.

Mix the rice well with a spoon in order to mix well the oil with all the rice easily and cook well.

Now keep a lid on it for some time in order for better cooking of rice in a slow flame only.

Now take a bowl add oil of 4 table spoons to it and made it heat in a low flame only.

Now add some elaichi of 2 no and made them fry in the oil for some time in a low flame.

After that add the cloves of 2 no to the oil for taste purpose and mix well and made it fry.

After that add the bay leaf to it and made all the spices fry in the oil for some time until the flavour gets to oil.

Now add the sweet corn seeds of 1 cup which are boiled one to the pan and made them fry in the oil.

After that add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the sweet corn seeds with it.

Now add the green chili and ginger paste of required quantity in to the pan and mix well with the seeds.

After that add the boiled rice of 1 cup to the pan and mix well with all the spices in the bowl.

After that add the cinnamon powder mix well and left for some time in the pan after that take it in to the serving bowl.
