STEP : 1
Take the sweet corn seeds of 1 cup and made them to clean well in the fresh water for some time in the bowl.

After that take a net and pour these sweet corn seeds to it and made the water to settles down for some time.

Collect these seeds and pour them on a cloth in order to dry them well inside the room only until there are no water left on them.

Now collect these sweet corn seeds of 1 cup to the jar for grinding purpose and close the jar with a lid.

Made the sweet corn seeds to become a fine paste without adding water to the seeds in the jar for some time.

After that collect this paste to the one bowl and kept it separate which can be used for the further preparation process.

In the same bowl add the cleaned fresh green chilies and ginger to the jar and close it with a lid.

Make them to a fine paste without adding water to it for some time in order to paste it finely in the jar.

Now collect this prepared paste of green chilies and ginger in to the same bowl containing the sweet corn seeds paste.

Mix well and add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the prepared paste in the bowl.

After that add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to it for the taste purpose and mix well in the bowl.

Now add the boiled rice of 1 cup to the bowl and mix well and smash the rice with the hand only.

After that add the corn flour of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl containing the all the paste and mix well with the paste.

Also add the chana powder of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix all the ingredients in the bowl without adding water.

Now for the binding purpose add the curd of 1 table spoon to the paste and mix well in the bowl.

Take a pan add oil of 3 cups to it and made it to heat in a medium flame for some time in the pan.

After that take the prepared paste with the hands and make the small rounds like coftas with the hands only gently.

When the oil gets heated add these prepared coftas in to the oil and made them fry in the medium flame.

When one side is cooked turn to other side and made the other side also cook well in the medium flame.

After they changed the color take them out put off the stove and take them to serving bowl when they are hot.
