STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare kajada,we need rice flour,rava,sugar,green cardamom powder,baking soda ,egg,oil and salt.

Initially take a vessel or a mixing bowl then add a pinch of salt in it.

Take a egg ,beat the egg in a vessel and dissolve it completely by using spoon.

Add a pinch of baking soda and mix it,you can add cooking soda if not available.

Add a cup of sugar and mix it finely with spoon ,if possible use mixer.

The mixture should turn white in color,you can add a powdered sugar if you prefer.

Add a pinch of green cardamom powder and mix it for good smell and taste.

Add a cup of sooji or rava into the mixture and mix it completely using mixer.

Add two cups of rice flour along with the mixture and mix it using mixer.

Mix it completely with out any lumps ,the kajada mixture should be like bread crumbs

Now add half cup of water and mix it completely again with out any lumps.

After mixing it ,set it aside for 10 to 15 minutes ,let it rest for more soft.

Turn on the flame,place a tawa ,add a required oil for deep fry and let it heat.

Grease a little bit oil on your palm,take some amount of mixture and shape it .

When oil gets nicely hot ,drop the mixture one by one ,make sure the batter should be thick.

Sweet bonda should boil in a low flame,after few minutes flip it gently and let it fry.

When it is deep fried,take it and drain the oil completely using strainer,Our tasty tea stall kajada is ready.
