For Stuffing Preparation

STEP : 1
Now guys today made a sweet and very famous dish of Tamil people's . So first taken its ingredient will be used in this dish , Yellow Split Peas , Jaggery , Coconut Water , White flour , Rice flour , Ghee , Pinch of Cardamom .

STEP : 2
Now first taken a pressure cooker and on the gas and this bowl put on this gas heat and after 2 hours soaked split put in this pressure cooker with water .

Now after put this yellow split peas from this pressure cooker and now closed the pressure cooker .

Now after some time open the pressure cooker and check them this split peas are cooked .

STEP : 5
Now cooked the split peas so add a Jaggery pieces from this pressure cooker .

Now put the Jaggery pieces from this and next work is mix up for this jaggery from this split peas .

Now taken a frying pan and taken a Ghee and put this ghee from this frying pan .

Now after put the ghee so taken fresh crushed in very small pieces of coconut and added to these coconut pieces .

Now frying these coconut pieces from this ghee for 4 or 5 minute by spoon .

Now After frying the coconut pieces next work is mix these pieces in the split peas .

Now after mix these ingredient so next item add is pinch of cardamom from this .

Now after mix up the cardamom and finally mix up so taken this mixer paste and roll the pieces of this mixer .
For Maida Preparation

STEP : 1
Now after roll the pieces so next taken a glass bowl and put the white flour of 1 cup .

STEP : 2
Now taken a 2 tbsp of rice flour and mix this rice flour in this white flour .

STEP : 3
Now after this work add some water of coconut water from this bowl and mix up for sometimes .

STEP : 4
Now after add coconut water and mix up clearly so check them it is ready .

STEP : 5
Now prepare for this paste so next work is rolls are put this paste fully .

STEP : 6
Now again frying this rolls after these mix in this paste of white flour .

STEP : 7
Now frying for these rolls for 10 to 15 minute for both sides and your sweet dish is ready for the serve .
