Ingredients of Sunnundalu
STEP : 1
Bring the 1 cup of bengal gram and soak in water for more than 4 to 5 hours before the preparation.

Take a pressure cooker pour water to it and keep the soaked bengal gram bowl in the pressure cooker for some time.
STEP : 3
Close the lid of the pressure cooker with a vessel on the top and in a high flame cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

After they are boiled take them out and add it to a net bowl in order to settles down the water at the bottom for preparation purpose.

Take a bowl add 1 cup of jaggery and without water made it to dissolve in a low flame for some time.

Take another bowl add those boiled bengal gram into it and made it to smash in a low flame and add those dissolved jaggery into it and mix well.

Now add raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well in the bowl for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 8
Add some sugar for the taste purpose in to the bowl and mix well until the sugar dissolves with the bengal gram.
STEP : 9
Add 1/2 table spoon of elaichi to the bowl and made it to mix in a low flame only for some time.
STEP : 10
Before put off the stove add 1/2 table spoon of ghee to it mix well and make round balls and serve them.
