This is one of the sweet that we generally do at our home for festive seasons and also we combine the jaggery for this sweet instead of sugar and it is very healthy also also the black gran must be used for this sweet.

Ingredients of Sunnundalu

1.00 cup bengal gram
0.50 cup jaggery
0.75 tbsp sugar
1.00 liter oil
0.50 tbsp elaichi
0.50 tbsp ghee
0.50 tbsp raisins
1.00 cup rice flour and black gram paste

Sunnundalu

Bring the 1 cup of bengal gram and soak in water for more than 4 to 5 hours before the preparation.

This is very mouth watering and delicious recipe. These ladoo looks so tempting and yummy. I have never tried ladoo made of these ingredients. But trust me they are very good. Ingredients are simple and easily available in our kitchen. Method of cooking is very easy. Make sure to maintain right consistency of the mixture otherwise you will not be able to make proper round ladoos. You can add more dry fruits to it. Also garnish it with some grated coconut and serve it to your family. They will love it for sure. Thumbs up to this yummy sweet. Go for it and try it.
