Ingredients: Coriander(Malli) - 5 Teaspoon Dry ginger - 2 Teaspoon Jeera - 1 Teaspoon Pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon Coffee Powder - 1 Teaspoon Palm Sugar - Required Preparation Method : Take a vessel and add Coriander(Malli), Jeera , Pepper , Dry Ginger on low flame. Powder everything once it cools. Bring 1 lliter of water to boil, add the coffee powder and Sukku malli(Coriander,Dry ginger) powder boil on medium heat until it reduces to half the quantity. Add palm Sugar ( Karupatti) to taste. Once it dissolves, remove from heat, filter it and sip it slightly hot.

0.25 cup Pepper
10.00 no Elachi
1.00 tbsp Palm Sugar

After boiled filter it. Next add palm sugar and enjoy it warm. I love the taste of this ginger coffee and it is really nice to drink this coffee on a cold winter evening. We usually sweeten it with palm jaggery.
