sukhiyan is a famous indian recipe and neivedyam dish it is a festival recipe ,perfect snack to everyone it is a combination of maida ,jaggey,dhal ,very famous recipe in south side and kerala it has different names in other states.

Ingredients of Sukhiyan recipe

1.00 cup channa dhal
0.75 cup Jaggery
0.25 tbsp Cardamom powder
1.00 cup Grated coconut
1.00 cup idly batter
0.50 cup Maida
1.00 no salt
0.50 liter Oil
2.00 tbsp Ghee

Now take a blending jar lets add the cooked channa dal,make sure while cooking channa dal add a pinch of salt for easy boil and add around two cups of water.
