- 1.00 Cup Blackgram
- 4.00 Cup Idly ravva
- 1.00 tbsp Salt for taste
Instructions
Suji Ki Idli
- first of all take the bowl and soak the black gram in the water for 4 hours and then wash well and keep aside
- now take the grinder and grind the black gram like a fine paste by adding the water and dont add more water
- now take the grinded fine paste in to the bowl and add the alt for the taste and mix well with out lumbs
- now take the another bowl and take the 4 cups of the idly ravva and soak that in the water for 5 minutes
- now take the water and clean well once the idly ravva and then remove all water from it and keep aside
- now take the idly ravva with the hand and press it tightly and remove water from it and then add that in the grinded paste and mix well and keep aside
- now take the idly tray and with the help of spoon add the prepared batter in the idly tray as small idlies
- now take the all idly trays and do as it is and switch on the stove and keep a idly vessel and cook in low flame
- now switch off the stove and take the boiled idlies from the tray and keep those aside untill they cool down little
- now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and soft soft idlies in the plate and serve with the coconut chutney
