STEP : 1
Take the rawa and set it aside for frying. Take the raisins and keep them soaked. Take the cashews and wash them so that they can be fried. Take 500 ml of full cream milk.

Take the milk and put it in a saucepan and boil it very well so that the volume is decreased to half of it.

Add ghee to the kadai and add the suji / rawa and fry them well till they turn golden in color.

Add the sugar and the raisins to the kadai and stir continuously so that the contents do not stick to the bottom,

Add the milk that was boiled and condensed and mix with the suji and cook till the suji boils in the milk and the milk completely evaporates.

Put the suji in a rectangular container and then keep it in the refrigerator for cooling so that it hardens and can be cut into barfis.

Take the cashews, add ghee to a tawa and fry them in the ghee and remove them from the flames

Take out the suji from the refrigerator after 20 minutes. Pour the content into a plate in the form of a rectangle as shown in t he image

Now cut the suji into diamond shaped pieces as shown in the figure . After that top it with the fried cashews and it is then ready to be served.
