This is a barfi made from rawa or popularly known as suji. It is a sweet dish and is served as a dessert. It can be served with ice cream. It is cut in a diamond shaped and topped with ghee fried cashews.

Ingredients of Suji ki barfi

1.00 cup Rawa
4.00 tbsp Ghee
0.50 liter Milk
5.00 tbsp Sugar
10.00 no Cashew
0.25 cup Raisins
0.25 tbsp CardamomPowder

Suji ki barfi

Take the rawa and set it aside for frying.  Take the raisins and keep them soaked.  Take the cashews and wash them so that they can be fried.  Take 500 ml of full cream milk.

Put the suji in a rectangular container and then keep it in the refrigerator for cooling so that it hardens and can be cut into barfis.
