Suji Ka Rasgulla
- 1.25 cup Rawa
- 3.25 cup Milk
- 1.25 cup Sugar
- 4.00 nos Cardamon
- 1.25 tbsp Kesar
- 1.25 tbsp Almonds
- 1.25 tbsp Cashew
- 1.25 tbsp Pistachio
- 1.25 cup Ghee
Instructions
Suji Ka Rasgulla
- These are the simple ingredients required to make the Rawa ke rasgulle in the home
- First step you need to take the frying pan and put it on the stove and add the Rawa (sooji) in the frying pan and roast it
- You need to roast the Rawa for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame and remove it in the plate
- Next step you need to add the 2 cups of milk in the pan and boil it till 10 minutes
- When it comes to boil add the 2 big table spoon of ghee in the milk as shown
- After adding the ghee you need to add the roasted Rawa in the frying pan as shown
- You can add half cup of sugar in it and mix it well till it soaks the milk completely and the Rawa becomes to a spongy
- Next you need to take the cooking utensil and put it on the stove and add half glass of water in it
- Add half cup of sugar in the cooking utensil in water or as per the sweetness you like to add the sugar
- Next you need to add the 4 Cardamons in the water to make the sheera for rasgulle and boil the water till the sugar gets dissolve completely
- Till the sheera gets ready you need to chopped all the dry fruit you have
- Next step after the Rawa cooks completely like spongy you need to take a piece and add some dry fruits in it as shown
- After putting the dry fruits in it you need to make the small ball shaped rasgulle as shown
- Now the sheera is ready sugar water you need to boil till 5 to 7 minutes as shown
- You need to put the above made all rasgulle in the sugar water and cook it for 2 minutes
- You need to take a serving bowl and put the rasgulle in it and put the chopped dry fruits on the top of it and garnish it with kesar as shown
- Now the rasgulle is ready you can serve
