Ingredients of Suji cutlet
STEP : 1
Take a two peeled skin potatoes and boil it under two to three minutes,after boiling grate the potatoes and transfer it in a deep bowl.
STEP : 2
Along with the grated potatoes ,add a tablespoon of chilli powder,a pinch of salt,green chilli pieces two to three ,finely chopped coriander leaves half cup.

Grease your palm with oil and shape the cutlets into heart or roll shape NOTE:start making the cutlets is still warm and easy to handle.

After shaping all the cutlets in a roll manner,you can shape the cutlets as your choice,roll the cutlets in suji or rava or with bread crumbs.

While rolling the cutlets in bread crumbs gently press it from all the sides so that bread crumbs get stuck to the cutlet and will not come out while frying,now place the kadai with oil for deep frying.

Heat the oil in a moderate flame to check the oil gets heated ,put a pinch of ball into oil ,a ball comes up if the oil boils well,or it settles down when a oil not gets heated.

Add a cutlet roll one by one carefully let it fry for two to three minutes on medium heat so that they are cooked completely from inside.

Make sure once the mixture gets cool down completely you cannot shape the cutlets make it when warm,now flip it both sides by using slotted spoon.

Fry the cutlets when one side is golden,flip and fry all the cutlets till they are evenly golden and crispy from all sides .
STEP : 10
Now take outside the cutlets using slotted spoon and drain it on kitchen paper or towels,serve the rava cutlets hot with tomato ketchup or with green chutney.
