Rice flour is battered with urad dal powder. The poornam stuff of jaggery and coconut is prepared and these are dipped in the batter in the form of balls. These sweet balls can be served hot. It is iron rich delicacy.

Yummy sukhiyan is ready to taste. It requires good garnishing. Garnish it with date fruits on the top of the dish.

sugion is a one of my favourite dish. children are eat the sugion its good for health.Methd if preparation is very easy.Its is one of the evening tine snaks.my college friend brought this dish from his home.But the time I thought its difficulty to do it.but the above way we did frequency to my home.

Very nice combination made out of jaggery urad daal which is again a very healthy option and rice flour and dry fruits it's like given a different type of Amazing texture and its been done so nicely ,is looking very nice and all the steps have been so clear that you can easily repeat this recipe anytime and moreover its is not very much time consuming so you can really make it easy even for the snacking option ,it is a good recipe and not having much of caloriesvand you get that taste of snacking also as it is from the market and really good one I would definitely like to try this recipe for snacking.
