STEP : 1
Take 4 tomatoes and cut the head of it. Peel the garlic and wash it. Take the noodles and rice and set it aside. Take the green chili.

Chop the chicken into very small pieces. Chop the cabbage into small pieces Shred the carrot into small pieces. Chop the garlic. Chop the onion into small pieces. Chop the green chili into small pieces.

Take the noodles and put it in boiling water and then strain the water and keep it aside after the noodles soften.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the green chili, carrots, onion and garlic. Deep fry them till the onion turns golden brown.

Add the boiled noodles to the mixture and let it fry along with the vegetables and add some salt and stir. Add some black pepper powder.

Add rice to the mixture and cook it along with the vegetables and the noodles for 10 minutes till the rice is boiled. You may sprinkle water in between.

Once the rice and noodles are fried and boiled the stuffing will have a thick and a uniform consistency as shown.

Set aside the stuffing in a bowl and let it cool so that it becomes a little hard and can be put inside the tomato.

Scoop the tomato and take the filling in a spoon and stuff it in the scooped tomato shell as shown in the image.

Pre heat the air fryer and add a little oil to grease and grill the stuffed tomatoes for 10 minutes so that it is cooked uniformly in all directions.
