This is a unique dish where the tomato is stuffed with a mixture of rice and noodles along with chicken pieces. It is an elaborate dish but it is very tasty appetizer. Itcan be cooked in very low oil as it is grilled in an air fryer and is extremely healthy.

Ingredients of Stuffed tomato recipe

1.00 cup Noodles
0.50 cup Rice
1.00 no Garlic
6.00 no Chili
0.25 no Cabbage
1.00 no Onion
0.25 no Carrot
0.50 cup Chicken Cubes
0.25 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper Powder

Take 4 tomatoes and cut the head of it. Peel the garlic and wash it. Take the noodles and rice and set it aside. Take the green chili.

Woah...what a creative mind! U have used tomato like bowl, and did healthy stuffing. It looks incredibly amazing, neat and presented well. The tomatoes are rich in fiber, vitamin c and k , they are protecting our heart, prevents from cancer and good for skin and vision. Everyone will love this for sure especially kids and steps are very simple to make even for the beginners. This stuffed dish pairs well with salad and sauce , tried it today afternoon and it's really good. Thanks for the brilliant idea, I will going to make this dish again.
