STEP : 1
Take 2 very large sized potatoes and then wash them and clean very well and peel them off too. Cut them through the center in 2 halves horizontally.

Take a sharp edged spoon and scoop out the inside of the potato to make it look like a bowl so that the stuffing can be put inside.

Marinate the potatoes well with salt, black pepper and tandoori masala and set it aside do that the salt penetrates.

Heat a little ghee in a pan and fry the potatoes well on both sides till they turn golden brown in color.

After the potatoes have been fried set them aside in a plate for stuffing after draining off the excess butter from it.

Make a paste of poppy seeds and grate the paneer very well so that they can be cooked very easily to form the stuffing.

Heat butter in a kadai and add the grated paneer, sprinkle salt and sugar and cook it well for a minute

Add the poppy seeds paste to the kadai and mix it well and cook for another minute till a fried smell starts coming out.

Set aside the filling after it is being cooked and let it cool well so that it can be stuffed in the fried potatoes

Fill in the stuffing into the fried potato and stuff it well so that it fits tightly. Repeat the same for all the pieces of the potatoes. Now put the tray ina microwave and bake at 140 degrees for 6 minutes to cook the potato completely. Then it is ready to be served with salad.
