This is a very healthy and low calorie potato which is prepared totally in the microwave and almost with no oil except for preparing the stuffing. The stuffing is made from grated paneer, poppy seeds and coconut . It is a very quick snack item and can be served with salads or dips.

0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Sugar

Stuffed potato recipe

Take 2 very large sized potatoes and then wash them and clean very well and peel them off too. Cut them through the center in 2 halves horizontally.
