Aloo kulcha us a Punjabi style stuffed flatbread with spicy aloo mixtures, aloo kulcha is available in dhaba's, It is the breakfast as well as good for dinner time recipes with filling,and also good for lunch box packing for kids who loves innovative dhaba style recipe.

Ingredients of Flour Ingredients

For Dough making

Make equal measure quantity if wheat flour and all purpose flour into a large mixing bowl.

Take three medium sized potatoes,rinse well and pressure cooker till it comes to soft.

Now the prepared outer dough should be soft and smooth, divide the dough into small ball sized dough.
