An North Indian Style Flavorful Stuffed Garlic Bread
Stuffed garlic bread is one of the different delicious snack recipe. It’s used mainly ingretiants for garlic, this flavor is awesome and healthy also.
Ingredients
Stuffed Garlic Bread
- 1.00 cup water
- 0.25 cup garlic
- 2.00 cup all purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp yeast
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- 1.00 tbsp oliveoil
- 1.00 tbsp sugar
- 1.00 cup milk
- 0.50 tbsp salt
Instructions
Stuffed Garlic Bread
- Take the bowl add the all purpose flour to it and add salt and some sugar and butter to it mix well.
- Take a bowl add yeast to it and add warm water and some salt to it and cover with a paper in order to form the bread.
- Now add these mixture to the all purpose flour mixed bowl and rinse it gently for several times in the pan .
- After that add the olive oil to it mix well and cover with a polythin sheet and kept aside for 3 hours.
- Now open the paper we can see that it expands to more than the original one and also so soft to touch.
- Now again we need to mix well to become a normal size and take them to one bowl for making of bread.
- Take a pan spread oil under it and add this paste to the pan spread well in order for baking process.
- keep it in the oven and made them bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree centigrade and after that check it out.
- Take it out in to a plate and made it settles down for cooling purpose under the fan for fast cooling.
- Check the prepared mixture which is baked if it is perfectly baked or not on both the sides by touching it.
- Now take a pan add garlic some olive oil salt red chilies to it and mix well in the bowl until a fine mixture is formed.
- Place this prepared bread on the foil by applying some oil on the foil without touching it down on the foil.
- Take a knife apply oil to it and cut the prepare bread to loafs of required thickness slowly and gently with a knife.
- In between the loafs apply the prepared garlic paste in it and spread all over in between the each and every loaf.
- Now at the top apply some butter and wrap the foil with the loafs and bake again for 10 minutes .
- After that unrap the foil and let the loafs be cooled down for some time and take them to serving bowl .
