Potato Preparation

STEP : 1
Take the vegetables taters ,tomatoes and green chilies and clean them up to start the process easily when these are ready.

STEP : 2
The taters must be boiled first in the pan by cutting them to half each one and kept for boiling purpose.

close the pan with a lid having a vessel on the top of it and boil for 5 to 10 minutes.

After boiling of taters take them out and peel off the skin of the taters and cut them in to desired pieces.

Take a pan add oil of 4 to 6 table spoons to it and made the oil heat for some time in a low flame.

Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil for some time in a low flame.

After that add the mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry for some time in the oil.

Cut the tomatoes in to fine pieces and collect them to one bowl in order for the use of them in further process.

Take the green chilies on the chopping board and made them chop to fine pieces and kept aside on the board.

Add these tomatoes, potatoes to the pan and mix well with the oil also add chilies and turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon and add salt to prepare the curry.
Paratha Preparation

STEP : 1
Take one bowl add wheat flour to it of 1 cup and add salt to it of 1/2 table spoon and mix well.

STEP : 2
After that add the heated oil of 3 to 4 table spoons to the flour mix well in order for smoothness.

STEP : 3
after that add the butter of 1 table spoon to it and mix well all with the flour to made the work easier.

Take another pan pour water of 2 glasses to it and heat well for mixing of the flour in another bowl.

Mix the flour with this heated water of 1 cup to a fine thick paste without any forming of lumps in it.

STEP : 6
Take this in to small balls and make to roll like a medium sizes only for easy to fry on the pan.

STEP : 7
Spread this balls with a wooden stick to some extend in order to form a round shape like a roti equally in all directions.

STEP : 8
Now heat it on the pan on both the sides and apply butter to one side for easy to roll them.

STEP : 9
After that put the prepared tasty taters curry in between the prepared roti like a line wise to spread in between them.

STEP : 10
Now roll down from one side of roti to other side and cut slantly and take them to the serving bowl.
