This is a crispy fried noodle which can be then made into a healthy salad with vegetables and is topped with a grilled chicken slab. The salad tastes best with the abundance of vegetables. If somebody is health conscious then an olive oil topping would suffice

Ingredients of Stir fry noodles

2.00 cup FriedNoodles
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
0.25 no Cucumber
0.25 no Carrot
2.00 no Chili
5.00 no ChickenCubes
0.50 tbsp Vinegar
0.50 tbsp GarlicPowder
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp BlackPepperPowder

Stir fry noodles

Take the onion, carrot, cucumber, tomato and green chili as it is shown in the image. The size is very important for mixing in the salad

Now add the finely chopped onion slices to the noodles and mix it well together so that the salad is formed

Similarly now add the cucumber to the fried noodles to mix and form the salad. The cucumber has to be cut into very fine slices.
