Ingredients of Sticky toffee pudding
Sticky toffee pudding
STEP : 1
Take a bowl and put the 10 tablespoon of chopped dates in it .

Then add 100 ml water in it and microwave it for 2 minute to melt it .
STEP : 3
After microwaving it you should have to blend mixture it or mash it with a fork.then put it to one side.

Take once more bowl and add 5 butter,1/4 cup molasses (sugar),3/4 cup soft brown sugar.

add 150 ml double cream in it then mix it up properly and microwave it for 2 minutes .

After microwaving it will become like this now whisk it until it melt properly .

Then again add 150 ml of double cream in it then stir it properly .

Now make the sponge take a bowl and put 1 cup cake flour in it.

After putting cake flour.Now add 3 butter, 2 eggs,1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract in it .

Now add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 table spoon of bio carbonate of soda in it and whisk it properly.

After whisking it will become like this now add the date and water mixture in it and whisk it properly

Now put spoon mix into a cup and then microwave it for 1 minute .

After microwaving it for 1 minute now remove it from glass by cutting around the glass using knife

Now pour the sauce (which i have made in 4th to 7th step) over the top.

Now pour the double cream on it and have the tasty sticky toffee pudding.
