This is a rice dish similar to Cantonese Noodles. Here the rice is served with a vegetable mix just as in gravy chowmein. The vegatable mix is prepared from mix vegetables by making a broth of the same and cooking it in the broth. The gravy i thickened by adding corn starch

0.50 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Sugar

Stew rice with gravy

Take all the vegetables for creating the stew and wash and clean them so that they can be finely chopped to form the vegetable mix.
