  • 1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.50 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt
  • 0.50 tbsp Coriander leaves

For Gravy Ingredients

  • 2.00 tbsp Oil
  • 2.00 nos Bay leaves
  • 3.00 nos Cloves
  • 1.00 nos Green chilli
  • 6.00 nos curry leaves
  • 0.50 tbsp Gram masala
  • 0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.50 tbsp Garlic
  • 0.50 tbsp Ginger
  • 0.50 cup Coconut
  • 2.00 nos Tomato
  • 0.50 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

For Urandai Preparation

  • Take the one cup of chicken wash the water and clean only used for skin chicken.
