For Urandai Ingredients
- 1.00 cup Chicken
- 2.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 nos Green chilli
- 0.50 tbsp curry leaves
- 0.50 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2.00 nos Small Onion
- 1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 0.50 tbsp Chilli powder
- 0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Coriander leaves
For Gravy Ingredients
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 2.00 nos Bay leaves
- 3.00 nos Cloves
- 1.00 nos Green chilli
- 6.00 nos curry leaves
- 0.50 tbsp Gram masala
- 0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 0.50 tbsp Garlic
- 0.50 tbsp Ginger
- 0.50 cup Coconut
- 2.00 nos Tomato
- 0.50 tbsp Chilli powder
- 0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
Instructions
For Urandai Preparation
- Take the one cup of chicken wash the water and clean only used for skin chicken.
- Then peel of the outer skin finely chopped onion,green chilli and curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Then take the bay leaves and ginger and garlic paste,coconut,small onion and cumin seeds serve the plate.
- Then take the two tomato wash the water and clean add mixi jar grend them.
- Then grend the fine paste consistency and you want need extra tomato also used them.
- Then take again mixi jar wash the water and clean bone less chicken added them.
- Then take small onion cut the off of pieces add the chicken that is also grend them.
- Then add the chilli powder and turmeric powder and cumin seeds powder also salt added them grend the fine paste.
- Then grend the fine paste and don’t add the water grended them transfer to the plate.
- Then grended chicken add the coriander leaves mixed very well it gives flavour and color.
- Then take mixi jar finely chopped coconut and finely chopped onion grend the fine paste.
- Then transfer to the bowl with fine paste coconut.you want green chilli also added them.
- Then take grended chicken put the small balls with medium size you want need different shape put them.
For Gravy Preparation
- Then take kadai and add the oil heat well and add bay leaves and cloves fry for it.
- Then take green chilli added them and add the curry leaves fry for medium flame.
- Then take gram masala half tbsp and cumin seeds powder also half tbsp added them with medium flame.
- Then take the finely grend the ginger and garlic paste added them fry for normal color.
- Mixed very well all ingrediants and add the grended coconut paste mixed very well to color change.
- Then few seconds later to color change and add the grend the tomato paste mix it.
- Then take the chilli powder and turmeric powder added them fry for raw smell comes out.
- Then take the half cup of water and also add the pinch of salt added them it gives flavour.
- Then close the vessel boiled the masala to raw smell comes out of them with medium flame.
- Then five minutes later add the ball chicken boiled and lightly thick consistency comes from the kulambu with medium flame.
- Then see the masal very thick and add the finely chopped coriander leaves it gives flavour.
- Finally kodaikanal kodai dum urundai kulambu is ready serve the bowl and eat the white rice and dosa.
