Ingredients of Squid pakora
STEP : 1
At the first step take the squid as much we need out and wash it well using water .

Then remove its rose skin out from it and if you like you can take the tentacles too .

Then take a bowl that have space enough to make the batter and then put one or two egg to it ;

Beat it well and then add all purpose flour ; cornflour and mix then add chopped onion ; ginger garlic and pepper powder .

Mix everything well using a spoon add salt to it and then add some coriander leaves also .

Mix it well and then put some of the clean squid (make it to small pieces or as the same shape as you like ) to it .

Then heat a pan and put oil to it when the oil becomes hot put some squid along with batter to it .

Let it cook and brawn at the both sides ; we should notice that there won't be any water in the squid .

Then take it out and fry the remaining pakodas also ; then serve our koonthal pakodas with tomato sauce .
