This dish i made for first time and it came out really well , it get finished full within few minutes . cleaning squid is a hectic work for me , but the final result makes me proud and very happy . Everyone should try this .

Ingredients of Squid pakora

0.50 kg squid
2.00 tbsp pepper powder
0.50 cup cornflour
0.25 cup all purpose flour
2.00 no egg
0.25 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp onion
0.50 tbsp ginger
0.50 tbsp garlic
2.00 tbsp coriander leaves

At the first step take the squid as much we need out and wash it well using water .

this is definitely a very unique dish. turning squid into a snack is a really nice concept and it really came out nice. although cleaning and peeling of the rose skin of the squid is a bit of a headache but it is totally worth it. the pakoras are easy to fry and does not take much time also .
