Sprouts are the very healthy grains that are good to use in our food habits to get high proteins to our body and helps to growth of our kids,But most of the kids are avoid those sprouted grains that we are cook directly as curry or gravy,for that reason we need to make different and tasty evening time snack by hiding the protein power.and also they loved to eat as mild spice snacks.

Ingredients of Sprouts cutlet

1.00 cup Black Chick Peas Sprouts
1.00 cup Green Gram Sprouts
0.50 cup Corn Kernels
0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
0.75 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
0.25 tbsp Cumin Powder
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.50 cup Bread Crumps
3.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Rice flour

Heat a pan add some water and add the sprouted black chickpeas,sprouted green gram and some corn kernels and bring them to boil till it gets well cooked,you can also pressure cook it for one or two whistles,

Take bread crumps in a flat plate and place the sprouted dough and dust it on double side by simple pressing which makes the cutlet shape,you can also use any molds you have,

This recipe is really very different and the best part is it is made from sprouts which is so good for our health. i normally eat sprouts in the morning like i soak tmhe in water than next morning i ate them. But this recipe is really very easy to make so healthy too. i prefer to use some more spices in it, basically i love to eat spicy food so i want to make it more spicy so i i add some extra chilly powder into this mixture. As i always love healthy food so this cutlet recipe is really a very good option for me to try this out. I will definitely suggest everyone to make this recipe as they really love to have this in their evening snacks with some green chutney or with some ketchup.
