This recipe is a very light and it will help to reduce weight.It includes sprouts and spices which are easily available in our Indian kitchen.It can be serve with roti, bread and rice.Blender is needed to blend.
Simple Step To Make A Sprouts Chutney Homemade Recipe
- 1.00 cup Green Grams
- 1.00 cup Brown Chickpeas
- 0.50 nos Onion slices
- 3.00 nos Green Chilies
- 4.00 nos Garlic cloves
- 3.00 nos Coconut slices
- 0.50 nos Lemon slices
- 0.25 tbsp Red chilly flacks
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1.00 tbsp Oil
- 3.00 tbsp Water
- To make sprouts,soak the green grams and red chickpeas in a water for 6 hours
- Then stain the water and shift green gram and red chickpeas together in an air tight container and leave it for another six hours.And after 6 hours we will get our sprouts.
- Now collect sprouts,coconut,garlic,green chillies,onion,red chilly flacks,coriander powder,salt,oil,lemon in a plate.
- Put all the above mentioned ingredients with water in a blender except lemon.Make sure coconut and onion should be cut into pieces for smooth blending.
- Sprouts chutney is ready to be served.Squeeze lemon before serving.
