  • 1.00 cup Green Grams
  • 1.00 cup Brown Chickpeas
  • 0.50 nos Onion slices
  • 3.00 nos Green Chilies
  • 4.00 nos Garlic cloves
  • 3.00 nos Coconut slices
  • 0.50 nos Lemon slices
  • 0.25 tbsp Red chilly flacks
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt
  • 0.50 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Oil
  • 3.00 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • To make sprouts,soak the green grams and red chickpeas in a water for 6 hours

  • Then stain the water and shift green gram and red chickpeas together in an air tight container and leave it for another six hours.And after 6 hours we will get our sprouts.

  • Now collect sprouts,coconut,garlic,green chillies,onion,red chilly flacks,coriander powder,salt,oil,lemon in a plate.

  • Put all the above mentioned ingredients with water in a blender except lemon.Make sure coconut and onion should be cut into pieces for smooth blending.

  • Sprouts chutney is ready to be served.Squeeze lemon before serving.
