- 1.00 cup Moong Sprouts
- 2.00 nos Potato
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 2.00 nos Tomato
- 0.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 0.75 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1.50 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Sprouted Moong Sabzi Recipe
- Pich and rinse well one cup of freshly home prepared moong sprouts in running water.
- Then peel and slice some potato into cubes and also fine chop one medium sized onion and two ripen tomatoes.
- Heat a cooking pan add some oil into them and splutters some mustard seeds into them.
- Then add fine sliced onions into them and saute for few seconds till it contains light golden brown color.
- Now add half a tbsp of ginger garlic paste into them and stir for a few seconds.
- Now add some well sliced ripened tomatoes into them and stir for a few seconds.
- Now add this well peeled and sliced potato cubes into them and roast for few seconds.
- Now add all the spice powders ingredients such as red chilly powder,garan masala powder,tyrneruc powder and add enough salt for them.
- Now add those freshly prepared moving sprouts into them and mix well together for a few minutes.
- Now add one and half a cup of water into them and stir well,after should be raised level of added ingredients.
- Cover the lid and brings them to boil for ten to twelve minutes in medium flame.
- After ten or twelve minutes now the added water cones to well fried and the added veggies and sprouts comes to sift and well cooked,now garnish some coriander leaves and serve hot with tasty roti or chapaathi recipes.
