Sprout and vegetable curry
STEP : 1
Pressure cook sprouts and vegetables by adding turmeric powder and salt to taste and keep aside.

Cut onion into small pieces. Cut tomato into small pieces Roughly chop curry leaves. Cut garlic cloves into small pieces and keep aside .

Take a mixer grinder add grated coconut, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and little water. Grind to a fine paste and keep aside.

Take a medium pan and put oil into it. When oil heats add mustard and seed and when it splutters add cumin. When cumin crackles add chopped garlic and cook till golden brown. Now add chopped onion and cook till golden brown. Now add chopped tomato and curry leaves and cook till tomato softens.

When tomato becomes soft add coconut and masala paste into it and stir till masala cooks. When masala cooks well add boiled sprout and vegetables. Stir well and add water if required. Keep the lid and cook till one boil comes. Now sprout and vegetable gassi is ready. Garnish with coriander leave and serve.
