Ingredients of Spring Onion Soup
Spring Onion Soup
STEP : 1
Firstly take 4 5 Spring Onion, 1 Potato (medium size), 1 Garlic and few Dhaniya leaves. Collect all of them in a plate.

Now cut all vegetables in to the fine sized pieces. Here cut green and white portion of spring onion separately. Garlic should be in round shape.
STEP : 3
Now take an Alluminium Kadai or pan and wash it properly with water for twice. Make it dry with clean cloth.

Now take 1 cup Vegetable Oil in to the container and put it on the gas stove at low flame. Let it be heat the Oil.

After proper heating of Vegetable Oil, add 1 tbsp of Cummin Seeds in to the container. Here cumin seeds should be of good quality.

Now saute the cummin seeds properly at very low flame for 30 seconds with slow stirring.

Add finely rounded chopped garlic in to the container and saute the garlic at low flame for 30 seconds with slow stirring.

Now add the finely chopped white and green portion of Spring Onion in to the container. Make the flame very low.

Now mix the whole content properly with stirring by spoon and let it saute it for 30 seconds with occasional stirring.

Now add finely chopped pieces of Potato in to the container. Add a pinch of salt in to the container.

Now mix the potato with content with proper stirring and let be saute the whole content at low to medium flame.

Now close the container with the steel Lid and let be cock the whole content at low flame with occasional stirring.

After proper cocking up to light brownish color remove the lid and mix the whole content with slow stirring.

Put off the gas stove and add 1 cup of water in to the container. Mix the whole content properly. Let it be cool the content.

Take Grinder and wash the blade portion properly with water and put it in to the container.

Now switch on the grinder and grind the whole content at low speed with stirring in one direction only.

Now increase the speed of grinder and mix the whole content at medium speed for 45 seconds with stirring in one direction.

Increase the speed of grinder and grind the whole content properly at high speed for 1 minute at only one direction.

Now take take out the grinder from container and put the container on gas stove at low flame.

Now add œ cup of water in to the container and let it be heat properly at medium flame with occasional stirring.

Now add 1 tbsp of Salt and mix the whole content properly by stirring. Here salt should be dissolved in it.

Now add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder in to the container and mix the content properly with slow stirring.

Add 1 tbsp of Sugar and mix it properly and heat at medium flame with occasional stirring by spoon.

Now make the flame of gas stove fast and let it be boil the content properly and gently for 2 minutes with occasional stirring.

Now The Hot and Spicy Spring Onion Soup is ready to serve and serve it in to serving Bowl. Garnish the serving bowl by sprinkling the fine pieces of spring onion and Dhaniya.
