Venkaya thaal is nothing but a Chinese vegetable spring onion,mostly we are add spring onion for finally Garnishing ingredient but it has good flavor and healthy facts,so i used to make the spring onion podimas which is the great side dish for Rasam And sambar rices.

Ingredients of Spring onion sabji

2.00 cup Spring Onion

2.00 no Green Chilly
3.00 no Egg
0.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Pepper Powder
0.25 tbsp Hing

Wash and clean well the spring onions greens as white layer and greens separately as fine chop,And chop needed onion and some green chilies as lengthy sliced,
