Spring onion paratha is very delicious and healthy. This is the best breakfast and a traditional recipe. It can be prepared very easily at home.
Ingredients
Spring Onion Paratha
- 1.00 cup Wheat Flour
- 3.00 tbsp Spring Onion Pieces
- 2.00 tbsp Onions
- 4.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Dhaniya Powder
Instructions
Spring Onion Paratha
- first of all take the spring onions and cut them in to very small pieces as shown in the image
- now take the onions and cut them in to very small pieces and then keep aside as shown in the image
- now take the bowl and add the one cup of the wheat flour in the bowl as shown in the image
- now take the salt and add the one tbsp of the salt in the wheat flour and mix well and keep aside
- now take the spring onions and add them in the wheat flour slowly as shown in the image add very small pieces
- now mix them once and then add the onion pieces in the flour and mix well and keep aside,
- now take the red chilly powder and add only one tbsp of the red chilly powder in the flour,
- now take the dhaniya powder and add little tbsp of the dhaniya powder in the flour and mix well and keep aside
- now take the water and add the one small cup of the water in the flour and mix well as shwon in the image
- now mix all the flour with out any lumbs in the middle and keep that aside for 10 minutes in the image
- now take the dough and then make them as a small balls as shown in the image and keep aside
- now take the roti maker and prepare the paratha as displayed in the image by applying the dry flour over that
- now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the pan and then add the prepared paratha over the pan
- now take the oil and add the oil over the paratha and fry that well on one side first as shown in the image
- now fry that well untill that turns to light golden color and then take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious spring onion paratha
