STEP : 1
key ingredients for this recipe are all purpose flour, salt, hot water, butter, spring onions, chilli flakes.

take a mixing bowl ,in that add all purpose flour,salt and mix well so that salt will mix with the flour

now on the stove and take a vessel and put hot water and heat for 5mins.

now make a small well in the center of the flour and add some hot water.

using hot water we have to mix the flour and make it to stiff dough and rest for 15mins

after 15 mins take a the dough and make it in to a small portions .

now take the small portion and roll it to make a round chapathi and spread some butter.

now on the top of it sprinkle little flour,finely chopped spring onions and red chilli flakes

now roll the chapathi with the hands by applying butter so that it wont open.

after that sprinkle some flour and turn the chapathi in a circular shape as shown.

now with the help of rolling pin flatten the dough and roll to make a thick pan cake.

now in a low flame pan fry the pan cake on both sides till it become golden brown
