Ingredients of Spring onion chicken soup

STEP : 1
Take some chicken pieces , one onion,one garlic, half capsicum, one spring onion, ajinamoto, black pepper powder, corn flour all those things bring together and keep aside .

Take a pressure cooker add some water in it then add some salt and chicken pieces in it and add onion and garlic then boil it and keep aside .

chop the capsicum, chop the spring onion, take the boiled chicken and shreaded it and keep aside, mix the boiled onion and garlic in to the chicken stock , butter, black pepper powder, corn flour, ajinamoto all those things bring together and keep aside .

Then hot a pan and add two table spoon of butter in it and low the gas oven flame and leave it for few seconds .

Then add the chopped capsicum in to the hot melted butter and cook it fir two minutes in low flame .

Then add the shreaded chicken in to the cooked capsicum and cook it for another two minutes in low flame .

Then add the chopped spring onion in to the cooked chicken and cook them for another two minutes in low flame .

Then add the corn flower in to the cooked chicken and masala and cook them for few seconds in low flame .

Then add the black pepper powder in to the cooked chicken and cook them for few seconds in low flame .

Then add the chicken stock with boiled garlic and boiled onion in to the cooked chicken and cook them for few minutes in high flame .

Then add some ajinamoto in to the chicken soup and cook it for few minutes in high flame . then soup is ready for eating .

Then serve the spring onion chicken clear soup hot for eating . This recipe you can serve in breakfast or as a starter of the lunch or dinner .
