Ingredients
  

Dosa Preparation

  • 2.00 cup idli rice
  • 0.75 cup Urad dal
  • 0.25 tbsp Methi seeds
  • 1.00 cup water
  • 0.25 tbsp salt

Masal Preparation

  • 1.00 cup cabbage
  • 1.00 cup grated carrot
  • 1.00 cup green capsicum
  • 1.00 cup Onions
  • 0.25 gram Green chillies
  • 1.00 cup French beans
  • 0.50 nos Lemon
  • 0.25 cup grated ginger
  • 0.50 cup garlic chopped
  • 1.00 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2.00 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.50 cup Oil
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt
  • 0.50 gram red chillies

Instructions
 

Dosa Preparation

  • The key ingredients to prepare spring dosa ,we need cabbage, carrot ,capsicum,ginger and garlic ,onion,oil, red chillies, tomato sauce,soya sauce, black pepper ,oil ,rice,urad dal,methi seeds ,lemon and salt to taste.
  • Take a seperate long bottomed vessel , add two cups of idli rice and half portion of urad dal.
  • Add a pinch of methi or fennel seeds along with the idli rice and urad dal.
  • Wash it once and let the ingredients soak for 3 to 4 hours for well soaking.
  • After 3 to 4 hours,Take a blender , drain the water seperately and add the soaked rice in a blender jar.
  • After blending the smooth paste and transfer the blended thick paste in a seperate bowl with salt.

Masal Preparation

  • Take 50 gram of red chillies add little amount of water ,let it soak for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes ,strain the water and add the red chillies in a blender jar.
  • Blend it few seconds till it turns smooth paste by adding little amount of water.
  • Turn on the flame,place a pan or tawa ,add two to three tablespoon of oil and then chopped garlic when it turns hot.
  • Add two tablespoon of chopped ginger then mix the ingredients let it turns light color.
  • Add the blended mixture and then saute the paste for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.
  • Add a tablespoon of pepper powder along with the mixture for more spices then mix it.
  • Squeeze a half portion of lemon juice or else you can add white vinegar in it.
  • Add little bit of sugar and salt or as per taste along with the mixture and mix it.
  • Add two tablespoon of tomato ketchup along with the mixture for more spices then mix it.
  • Add a tablespoon of soya sauce along with the mixture for more spices then mix it.
  • When everything is completed ,Turn off the flame and transfer the schezwan sauce in a bowl.
  • Turn on the flame,place a pan or tawa ,add two to three tablespoon of oil .
  • Add two tablespoon of chopped garlic then mix the ingredients let it turns light color.
  • Add a cup of chopped onions then mix all the ingredients let it turns light color.
  • Add a cup of bell peppers then mix all the ingredients let it turns light color.
  • Add a cup of grated carrot or finely chopped and mix along with the ingredients.
  • Add a cup of grated cabbage or finely chopped and mix along with the ingredients.
  • Add little bit of salt or as per taste along with the mixture and mix it.
  • Add a cup of boiled french beans along with the mixture and mix it ,let it blend.
  • Add a tablespoon of prepared Schezwan sauce along with the ingredients and mix it completely
  • Heat the griddle, spread oil on all sides and spread one laddle thick batter then spread it round shape by applying schezwan sauce.

  • Place the stuffed mixture on top of the dosa ,you can add hakka noodles too.
