STEP : 1
Rinse spinach leaves into water. Take 2 cup wheat floure take 1 cup finely chopped spinach leave Grind garlic cloves and green chili in mixer Add 2 cup wheat flowr in a big bowl to make a dough. Add green chili garlic paste into it. Add salt to test. Add ajwain in it. Add 1 cup spinach leaves in it Add turmeric powder in it.
STEP : 2
Add sufficient water to make a tight dough. Make a dough with the help of hand. Apply oil on it. Cover it with lead or use plastic wrapper to wrap it fo 15 minutes. After 15 minutes make small small balls of the dough to make spinach paratha.
STEP : 3
With the help of chakla and belan make paratha in circle shape. Apply oil on it because of oil it can not stick to belen and chakla. Sprinkle wheat flour if necessary. Make all paratha's like this type.
STEP : 4
After making it in circle shape. Put a chapatti pan on stove. Roast paratha one by one by applying refine vegetable oil on it.
STEP : 5
Spinach paratha is ready to serve. Serve Spinach Paratha with chutney, pickle sauce or any curry. Spinach leaves are always healthy for everyone. Specially children dislike it to eat it's curry. That's way make it as this type for Children love it to eat. For children we can spread cheese on it.
