STEP : 1
Take a cup of Basmati rice and wash it and clean it very well and then make a par boiled rice using 1.75 cups of water
STEP : 2
After the rice is steamed then take it out from the microwave and let it settle. Make sure that there is no watery content.

Add a pinch of salt, olive oil and parley ( dried and crushed leaves) into the rice and mix it very well.

Take the spinach leaves and wash it very well to remove all mud and dust contents from it and place it on a chopping board.

Chop the spinach into small sized pieces as shown in the figure which can be used to prepare the fried spinach in garlic powder for the rice.

Heat butter in a kadaia and add the green chili and the spinach leaves to it and a pinch of salt and fry them well till the spinach s softened.

Add some garlic powder to the spinach and cook for another 4-5 minutes and then there is no water left in the leaves.
STEP : 8
Add the rice that was prepared in step 3 and mix it well with the spinach and then the dish is ready to be served with parsley toppings.
