This is a fried rice which is served as a main dish with any continental veg or non veg dish. The spinach is saute in the pan with the spices so that the rice has the taste and aroma. It is topped with oregano.

Ingredients of Spinach fried rice

1.00 cup Basmati Rice
4.00 tbsp Butter
10.00 no Spinach Leaves
2.00 no Green Chili
0.50 tbsp Parsley
0.25 tbsp Garlic Powder
1.00 tbsp Olive Oil
0.25 tbsp Salt

Take a cup of Basmati rice and wash it and clean it very well and then make a par boiled rice using 1.75 cups of water
