This recipe is especially for kids as they can eat palak (spinach) and corn in very tasty and healthy way. In this boiled palak and corn are use with butter. So the taste of butter will make this sandwich more delicious. It can be a wonderful morning breakfast recipe.

Ingredients of Spinach corn sandwich

2.00 cup palak
1.00 cup corn
3.00 tbsp butter
0.25 tbsp black pepper
0.25 tbsp chat masala
8.00 no bread
8.00 no almond

Take 1 bowl of corn and boil it at least for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame and transfer the boiled corn in a bowl and again wash the corns for 2 – 3 times with cold water. Also take butter as required quantity.
