Spinach corn sandwich
STEP : 1
Take 1 bowl of corn and boil it at least for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame and transfer the boiled corn in a bowl and again wash the corns for 2 3 times with cold water. Also take butter as required quantity.
STEP : 2
Wash the palak (spinach) properly as it may contain some unwanted particles. Put the chopped palak into pressure cooker without adding water as palak itself contain a good amount of water. Cook palak for 1 whistle and turn off the flame. Use blender and make a fine paste of palak.
STEP : 3
Mix well the paste of palak, boiled corn, and butter, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, chat masala and salt as required (use a very little amount of salt as butter and chat masala already contain salt). Also take brown bread slices for sandwich. You can take white bread instead of using brown bread.

Spread uniformly a thick paste of palak and corn on each slice of brown bread. You can also apply the paste of palak and corn after swallow frying it if you find any raw smell of corn and palak paste.
STEP : 5
Cover it with another slice of bread. Heat a non stick tawa and spread little butter on the top and bottom side of bread and place the sandwich on heated tawa. Reduce the flame to low and cook each side at least of 5 minutes for making it crispier.
STEP : 6
Transfer the healthy corn palak sandwich to a serving plate. Add little butter and roasted almond on the top of sandwich and serve hot and crisp.
