STEP : 1
Take a cup of wheat flour in bowl . peel off some garlic . also chop ginger into small pieces .

STEP : 2
Now take mixer jar and add green chilly, ginger , garlic and add some water . grind them properly and make a fine paste .

STEP : 3
Now take wheat flour in a plate and add this ginger garlic paste in it . mixed it well . add some salt as per taste .

STEP : 4
By adding water make a dough . now make a round size roti and then cut it into square sized pudi by using knife .

STEP : 5
Take oil in deep pan and heat it till oil become hot . now give shallow fry to the pudi .

STEP : 6
After pudi gets pinkish color remove it from oil . your squary breakfast ginger garlic pudi is ready to eat . serve it hot .
